The patient had been wearing a removable partial denture for many years but was unhappy with its comfort, stability, and appearance. To provide a long-term solution, we placed dental implants and delivered an implant-supported fixed prosthesis. This treatment dramatically improved both function and esthetics, giving the patient renewed confidence and a natural-looking, stable smile.

The patient presented with a severe Class II malocclusion that typically would require orthognathic surgery. However, through strategic anterior rehabilitation, we replaced the anterior six teeth in both the upper and lower arches with dental implants. This approach allowed us to improve the patient's occlusion, restore function, and bring back a confident, harmonious smile—all without the need for jaw surgery.
